Project 1: AI Agent — Statistical Auditor for Heterogeneous Treatment Effects (HTE) Estimation
- Designed and developed an AI-powered web application leveraging LLM-based agents to evaluate dataset readiness for Heterogeneous Treatment Effects (HTE) estimation.
- Implemented automated auditing workflows to assess key causal inference assumptions, including covariate balance, overlap, and potential confounding biases.
- Integrated structured data processing and validation pipelines to generate interpretable, machine-readable outputs for decision-making.
- Developed a user-oriented interface to facilitate exploratory analysis and support data-driven evaluation of treatment effect heterogeneity.
- Applied principles of causal inference and statistical modeling to bridge data quality assessment with downstream ML/HTE methodologies.
Project 2: AI Chatbot & Platform Development | VERANA Challenge – SER ANDI
- Developed a generative AI chatbot integrated with LLMs and prompt-based interaction workflows.
- Built and deployed a web-based platform to create and manage AI agents for non-technical users.
- Implemented data handling and conversational logic for real-time AI interactions.
- Deployed services using Docker and Kubernetes for scalable and public access.
- Collaborated using GitHub in an open-source environment.
